Boating While Impaired

Boating While Impaired

North Carolina law makes operating any water vessel while intoxicated a crime.  Unlike with a vehicle driven on the road, Wildlife and other Law Enforcement Officers have the right to stop a boat at any time for inspection.  We understand the nuanced differences between North Carolina's boating and driving while impaired statutes, and know how to leverage our knowledge to ensure that our clients receive the best possible outcome when charged with this serious offense.
