“Do not fear failure but rather fear not trying” -Roy T. Bennett

Brittany McEachern joined Parton Law in November 2022, coming to the firm with 7 years of legal experience.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from University of North Carolina-Charlotte.  After obtaining her degree, Brittany furthered her education by completing the paralegal program through UNCC and became a Certified Paralegal in 2015.
While Brittany was hired because of her legal experience, her position as the oldest of five girls in her family affords her a lifetime of experience advocating for others and building her strength and determination -- traits that benefit Parton Law clients!

In her free time Brittany loves spending time with her three dogs, Zoey, Dozier, and Remington “Remi”. Traveling is her favorite thing, and Brittany’s goal is to travel the world, making sure to visit every beach along the way.
