Domestic Disputes

Domestic violence is a hot-button issue in America, and North Carolina is no exception.  The attorneys at Parton Law understand the seriousness of these charges, but are also cognizant of the fact that fictitious charges are often employed for retaliation purposes.  Parton Law ensures that the State meets each element of their charge and asserts their clients’ Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses who testify against them, no matter the charges.
