Attorney Micheal L. Littlejohn meeting with Students and Granier High School, where he was invited to speak about Constitutional rights and the criminal justice system.  

Partner Chad M. Buckingham was honored by Safe Alliance this month with the "Commitment to Justice Award", in recognition of his pro bono representation of domestic violence victims.  The Firm also received an award for its overall commitment to providing representation to domestic violence victims who cannot afford representation.  The award is given annually to "honor law firms and individuals who have donated their valuable time to our Legal Representation Project that provides free legal representation to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault seeking protective orders" says Safe Alliance.  

Safe Alliance supports over 20,000 people a year, according to a memorandum released by the organization, who are victims of domestic and sexual violence as well as child abuse through a continuum of shelter, counseling, legal and advocacy services.

Parton & Associates defends client in a case which is one of two designated on the Mecklenburg County Court website as a "Public Interest Case."
