Attorney Walton H. Walker III joined Parton Law in March 2022 with an impressive 14-year track record of successful litigation in service of business and government clients in a plethora of industries and walks of life.
Attorney Walker holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Phi Beta Kappa). Attorney Walker’s passion for justice initially led him to Washington, D.C. where he advocated for large companies, navigating complex regulations enforced by powerful Federal Administrative Agencies. Attorney Walker then served as a Clerk for U.S. Federal Court Judge before serving as a prosecutor in North Carolina’s largest District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Walker has also put his legal experience to work halfway across the globe with the world’s largest international anti-slavery organization. Attorney Walker’s diverse experience at the State and Federal level has supplied him with a rare “big picture” perspective that enables him to effectively and efficiently protect his clients’ rights. Walton is active in his local church. He is married with two young children, who hone his skills of persuasion and negotiation on a daily basis. |
