I contacted Parton Law several months ago after 8 months of trying to get a contractor and his subcontractor plumber to repair damages done after flooding at my business when the plumber did not shut off the water supply prior to installing a hot water heater. Repeated emails and calls had gone unanswered until Parton Law sent them a letter. They told me that if we attempted to resolve the issue with a letter that I needed to be prepared to compromise, but after several months of back and forth with the contractor’s lawyer, they finally involved their insurance company, and I was compensated in full for the damages I had incurred.
